You receive a push message when your camera detects an activity you have defined as relevant (movements or sounds of a certain intensity). Your app then gives you access to 15-second clips that your smart camera records of such events and time stamps them if you wish.

With the Bosch Smart Camera App, you can store up to 200 of these video clips for up to 30 days free of charge. As you add more recordings, the oldest clips are automatically overwritten. You can also permanently save 25 clips of your choice as favourites. You can share recordings you'd like to show your loved ones as a message or e-mail.

Keep an eye on your home with the Bosch Smart Camera App with live images and sound. You can even communicate with people and animals in front of the lens using the integrated microphones and speakers on your smart cameras. For example, instruct the parcel delivery person at your door to simply leave your parcel in front of your door, calm your dog or supervise your teenagers while they’re cooking if you didn't make it out of the office on time.

You can control any number of cameras in your camera app.

Sure, you don't want to get a message every time a bird flies past your house - but if people are at your door, you are very interested. That's why the sensitivity of your cameras' motion and noise detection can be individually adjusted in the app. With definable motion zones on the Eyes Outdoor Camera or volume level settings, you can avoid unnecessary false alarms.

What good is a camera if you don't look at the crucial moments? Luckily, your Smart Home Camera App notifies you when things happen in front of the lens that are relevant to you. For example, set your camera app to notify you if your smart indoor or outdoor camera records movement or sounds of a certain intensity during your daily work hours. Of course, you will also be informed about the functionality of your cameras and possible malfunctions.

Because some things are private and should remain that way: With the Bosch Smart Camera App you can easily switch off the image and/or sound recordings of your smart indoor and outdoor cameras.

With your 360° Indoor Camera, not only will the recording stop, the camera head will even be completely recessed inwards. Not only can you control this by tapping directly on the device, but also remotely via App.

If there are single spots in the recording area of your smart Eyes Outdoor Camera that you do not want to film (or are not allowed to film - in case of public areas), you can blacken them with the masking function by drawing rectangles into the image area with a tap of your finger. That way, privacy is preserved in public areas or the neighbour's garden.

Of course, you decide who can access your images. To protect your privacy, you can deliberately set temporary access rights for other users, for example, when you are on vacation and you want the neighbours to keep an eye on your home.

For your Eyes Outdoor Camera you can even control additional functions with the Bosch Smart Camera App. Use the integrated lighting in different ways:

• Mood light: Create your individual mood light with the lamps on the top and bottom side as well as the dimmable front lamp. You can also select from when to when the intelligent lighting function comes into effect: at a certain time, from a certain degree of darkness? Both is possible - also in combination.

• Motion light: The motion light on your Bosch Eyes Outdoor Camera guarantees additional security. In the event of movement, the front light shines at full strength and illuminates dark corners for an individually defined time. This means that even at night, colour recordings are possible.
