The outdoor siren is part of the perfectly coordinated Bosch Smart Home alarm system.

If motion detectors or door/window contacts detect an attempted break-in, then the alarm is raised in a variety of ways:

Indoor: the sirens on all smoke alarms/Twinguards sound loudly, smart lamps from Philips Hue/Ledvance light up in red and your cameras are activated.
Outdoor: the outdoor siren raises an audible and visible alarm at up to 100 dB with flashing red LEDs.
Mobile: you get a push notification with live images from your indoor and outdoor cameras and can immediately call for help using the emergency call button.

Reliably protected against sabotage

Your Smart Home siren cleverly protects itself if someone tries to “do away with it”.

Thanks to 2-way tamper protection, it reacts to being pulled off the wall or disconnected from the mounting plate without authorisation in two ways:

All Smart Home users immediately get a push notification via the app.
If the alarm system is activated, then the siren sounds and the red LEDs simultaneously start to flash.

As a result, burglars quickly take to their heels and attempts at sabotage have no chance.

Operates via solar panel or with a power supply

You can operate your Bosch Smart Home siren wirelessly and sustainably with the high-quality, glass-protected solar panel.
Or you can also connect the outdoor siren in a conventional manner using a 230 V power line or low voltage line (5-28 V).

You can replace the existing outdoor siren in your conventional, wired alarm system with the Bosch Smart Home outdoor siren.

As a result, you not only benefit from the attractive, modern design of the outdoor siren, but can also use it to make your non-smart alarm system smart with the help of the Bosch Smart Home controller.

Because, in contrast to conventional sirens, the Bosch Smart Home outdoor siren does more than raise an audible and visible alarm. Thanks to the Bosch Smart Home controller, you are also warned by push notification – and therefore are immediately aware even when out and about.

Of course, the outdoor siren offers even more added value when integrated into the Bosch Smart Home alarm system, in which all of your smart helpers come together to form a strong protective network for indoors and outdoors.

Extend the radio signal with the smart plug compact

Do you want to mount the Bosch Smart Home outdoor siren in a location which is a little further from your house, where the radio signal is a little weaker? No problem!

Effortlessly extend the radio signal between the outdoor siren and the Smart Home controller with a smart plug compact.

Simply place a smart plug compact in a socket in the house in a strategically favourable location between the controller and the outdoor siren. Mounting in locations which are further away is therefore also reliably possible.
