How do I mount the universal switch and the universal switch Flex (installation)?
The Universal Switch can be attached to any flat surface thanks to adhesive surfaces and screws. In addition, unobtrusive integration into existing switch frames is possible, provided these have an additional panel. The Flex Universal Switch can be used flexibly in any room. What to do if the universal switch / universal switch flex is not found or can not be integrated in my Bosch Smart Home system?
If the universal switch / universal switch flex cannot be integrated, please follow these steps: 1. Perform the installation again. Please check whether the device has already been detected. You can check this in the menu items "Devices". If necessary, remove it in advance. 2. Please check if the batteries are inserted correctly. If the batteries are inserted correctly, the LED on the front will light up briefly. 3. Carry out a reset before reinstalling. To do this, open the battery cover and press the button on the front side when reinserting the batteries until the LED of the universal switch flashes orange. Briefly release and press the button again until the LED lights up green. Then follow the instructions for connecting again. 4. Briefly disconnect the Smart Home Controller from the power and try again. Also make sure that the component is at least 1 meter away from the controller during the learning process.
