If you discover within 14 days of purchase that you may not have purchased the right product after all, you can easily revoke your purchase.

To exercise the right of revocation, the products must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

The purchase must have taken place in our Bosch Smart Home online shop. If you have purchased the products elsewhere, you must assert the revocation there.
... you can revoke the purchase with us without giving a reason.
Only the original invoice from our shop is required as proof. After return shipment you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
How does the revocation of Bosch Smart Home products work?
Did you buy the product from the Bosch Smart Home online shop and can prove this with the original proof of purchase? Then you can assert the revocation within 14 days of purchase:
• Are you a registered user with a customer account? Then you can carry out the revocation yourself in your customer account in our shop.
• Did you buy the product as a guest user without a customer account? Then please contact our service hotline. Our service agents will assist you.
In both cases you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your product to us free of charge. Please do not send your products to the office address specified in our imprint.
After we have received the returned goods, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase price in the same method you paid in.
How can I return a Bosch Smart Home product (withdrawal)?
You can return any Bosch Smart Home product to us 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Use the convenient return service in our . Log in to your customer account, select "Cancel" for the corresponding order and complete the process. You will receive all necessary documents for the free return shipment by e-mail from us.

What is a replacement request and how do I create it (web shop, online shop, return, replacement delivery, cancellation)?
A replacement request offers you the opportunity to exchange a supposedly defective device for a functioning one. For this purpose, after examination and confirmation of the request by our customer service, the corresponding return documents will be sent to the e-mail address known to us. The following procedure must be followed, regardless of whether you purchased in our online shop or via another channel: 1. Log in to our using your Bosch ID. If you have not purchased in our shop, please create an account now. 2. Go to your order history (even if you did not buy from us, the history will be empty). Here you will find the link "replace item". 3. Please go through the following process (incl. address verification, selection DHL / UPS etc.) and send the request. Please be sure to include the ticket / process number if you are already in contact with our customer support.
