Revocation within 14 days of purchase

You didn’t buy the right thing after all?

If you discover within 14 days of purchase that you may not have purchased the right product after all, you can easily revoke your purchase.

purchased a
product within the last 14 days...

To exercise the right of revocation, the products must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

...in the Bosch Smart Home online shop...

The purchase must have taken place in our Bosch Smart Home online shop. If you have purchased the products elsewhere, you must assert the revocation there.

... you can revoke the purchase with us without giving a reason.

Only the original invoice from our shop is required as proof. After return shipment you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

How does the revocation of Bosch Smart Home products work?

Did you buy the product from the Bosch Smart Home online shop and can prove this with the original proof of purchase? Then you can assert the revocation within 14 days of purchase:

• Are you a registered user with a customer account? Then you can carry out the revocation yourself in your customer account in our shop.

• Did you buy the product as a guest user without a customer account? Then please contact our service hotline. Our service agents will assist you.

In both cases you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your product to us free of charge. Please do not send your products to the office address specified in our imprint.

After we have received the returned goods, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase price in the same method you paid in.
