NEW FUNCTIONS

• SingleKey ID
  With this update to our Smart Camera app, we are improving our login process. To ensure that you can continue to have convenient access to our app, please log in just once more with your current user credentials. We recommend that you do this at the same time as the update to app version 2.3.0, but by 31 December 2023 at the latest. This is because: Smart Camera app versions older than version 2.3.0 will no longer be supported from 1 January 2024.

IMPROVEMENTS/BUG FIXES

• The app update (2.3.0) includes new and optimized functions for an even better experience with the Bosch Smart Camera app and the cameras.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• The Alexa „Bosch Smart Home“ skill will be deactivated shortly – switch to the new „Bosch Smart Home“ skill now!
  • There is a new improved „Bosch Smart Home“ skillwhich allows Alexa to react to your commands more promptly. The previous „Bosch Smart Camera“ skill is no longer actively supported and will be completely deactivated on 31 December 2023. Making the swich is easy and only takes three steps:
    • Step 1: Activate the Smart Home Cloud In your Bosch Smart Camera App (if you haven’t already done so): Settings > Partners > Smart Home Cloud > Mirror cameras in cloud
    • Step 2: (Re)activate the new skill „Bosch Smart Home“ in your Bosch Smart Camera app:
      Settings > Partners > Amazon Alexa > Link
    • Step 3: Deactivate the old „Bosch Smart Camera“ skill in your Amazon Alexa app.

The following version of the Bosch Smart Camera – Android app is issued:

• 2.3.0

Notes on availability:

• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera – Android app will be issued from 26/10/2023.
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera – Android App will be available to all customers from 02/11/2023.
• This update is only provided for devices with Android 6 or later.

SMART CAMERA iOS APP

The following version of the Bosch Smart Camera – iOS app is issued:

• 2.3.0

Notes on availability:

• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera – iOS app will be issued from 26/10/2023 as an automatic app update.
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera – iOS app will be available to all customers from 26/10/2023 as a manual update.
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera – iOS app will be available to all customers from 02/11/2023 as an automatic app update.
• This update is only provided for devices with iOS 14 or later.
