IMPROVEMENTS
Yale Linus Smart Lock & Yale Home App
- As a result of our partner Yale making changes to its app, your Bosch Smart Home system now supports Yale Linus Smart Locks again. Please reconnect your system for this via More > Partners > Smart locks.
BUG FIXES
- Light/shutter control II: New firmware (2.08) is available for the light/shutter control II: The firmware rolled out in the previous release (2.06) contains an error which in exceptional cases can cause the device to switch automatically. We are therefore restoring it to its original state for safety reasons. The following functions are no longer available but will be reinstated in one of the next releases:
- When used for shutter control, “On/Off” is now the default setting in the configuration process
- The device can be reset to the factory settings using the connected switch
- Calibration can be stopped by pressing the button
- Universal switch: A long press of the button on the universal switch can now be used as a reliable trigger in automations again.
- Mobile devices: Android devices with a large display can now be used in landscape mode again.
MORE INFORMATION
- Update of various open source libraries.
- In this release, the Bosch Smart Home app will be rolled out followed by the controller update – the new app is needed for the controller update.
- A number of functions as well as certain improvements and bug fixes will only be available once the controller update and app update have been installed.

Smart Home iOS app
The following version of the Smart Home iOS app is issued:

- The update for the iOS Smart Home app is expected to be issued from 02 Jun 2023 as an automatic app update.
- The update for the iOS Smart Home app is expected to be issued to all customers from 02 Jun 2023 as a manual update.
- The update for the iOS Smart Home app will be available to all customers from 02 Jun 2023 as an automatic app update.
