Please check whether the adapter plug can still be controlled manually. If this is the case, it is possible that the distance between the controller and the component is too great, or that other products have a disturbing influence on the connection. Also make sure that the component is at least 1 meter away from the controller during the test. If the plug cannot be connected, reset the device to the factory settings. Press the system key when plugging into a socket until the LED flashes orange (at least 4 seconds). Then release it and press it again until the LED on the front lights up green.
