Please make sure that you have activated the "Smart Home Cloud" option in your Bosch Smart Home App. You can activate this under "More" >> "Partner".

With the launch of the new infotainment system MBUX, you can now also use its voice assistant to control your Bosch Smart Home. Control of Smart Home devices is available in all Mercedes-Benz passenger car models with MBUX voice assistant from 03/2018!

- Remove the connection to Bosch Smart Home in your Mercedes me app. You can also remove the permissions for the Mercedes me app in your Bosch Smart Home app. To do this, navigate in the Bosch Smart Home app to "More" >> "Partners" >> "Smart Home Cloud" >> "Manage permissions". Select "Daimler MBUX" and remove the permission. Please note that it may take several hours until the permission is also removed at Mercedes-Benz.
