IMPROVEMENTS/BUG FIXES

• The indoor camera II can be integrated into the Bosch Smart Home system as an alarm sensor. The motion detection and the Audio+ functions ( subscription required ) allow the detection of breaking glass and the acoustic detection of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The alarm function of the is controlled via the Bosch Smart Home app. Use of this function requires updates to the Bosch Smart Home app, the Bosch Smart Home controller, the Smart Camera app and the firmware of the Eyes indoor camera(s) II.
• The motion detection feature of the Eyes outdoor camera II’s motion light has been expanded by a setting: In addition to the detection areas, the sensitivity for activating the motion light can now be configured.
• The volume of the intercom for the Eyes indoor camera II and the Eyes outdoor camera II can be set (increased) by the user. As a result, people in front of the camera can hear what you say even more clearly and loudly. You can configure the new function in the camera settings under “More”.

• The update includes new and optimized functions as well as bug fixes for an even better experience with the Bosch Smart Camera app and the cameras.
• Terms of use, only for Germany: The following points have been revised in our terms of use:
• introduction of the new Security+ service with a description of the services. Information on extraordi- nary cancellation, obligation to provide assistance and responsibility for the “24/7 emergency call control center” service which is integrated into Security+. Adjustments to services / premium services. Chapter 11 Help Connect was deleted.

• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera - Android app will be issued from the 03.07.2025 .
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera - Android app is issued from 10.07.2025 .
• This update is only available for devices Android 8.0 or more and higher.

SMART VIDEO iOS app

The following version of the Bosch Smart Camera - iOS app is issued:

• 2.10.0

Notes on availability:

• Update for the Bosch Smart Camera – iOS app will be issued from 03.07.2025 as an automatic app update.
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera - iOS app will be available to all customers from the 03.07.2025 as a manual update.
• The update for the Bosch Smart Camera - iOS app will be available to all customers from the 10.07.2025 as an automatic app update.
• This update is only available for devices iOS 14.0 or more and higher.

Smart Camera FW

When the apps are rolled out, the firmware version will be required for the second-generation cameras 9.40.22. The firmware update includes bug fixes for an even better experience with the Bosch Smart Camera app and the cameras.
