### Problem: Loss of internet connection with the Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera
It is important to know that your Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera responds to events and records clips as long as a stable internet connection exists.
If the internet connection is temporarily interrupted, there are some important points to consider:
#### What happens during an internet outage?
Event data and clips: In the event of a temporary loss of internet connection, your Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera does not capture event data or clips.
Access to recordings: While the internet connection is unavailable, you cannot access clips that have already been recorded and stored in the Bosch Cloud.
#### What happens when the internet connection is restored?
As soon as your internet connection is restored, everything works as usual again.
Access to recordings:You can access your previously recorded clips again.
Event data and clips: Your Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera responds to events again and records clips.
Please remember that a stable internet connection is essential for optimal use of your Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera.
### Using a repeater with the Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera
If you want to extend your Wi-Fi range with a repeater, please note the following points:
#### Connection and range
Network names and passwords: Give the repeater network a different name (SSID) and a different password than the main network. This prevents your Bosch Smart Home camera from constantly switching between networks.
Exception - Mesh network: In a mesh network, the management of the repeaters is handled by the router. Here you do not need to set separate SSIDs or passwords.
#### Device compatibility
Indoor cameras: Devices such as the Bosch Smart Home 360° Indoor Camera can have problems when switching between networks with the same name. Different network names help to avoid these problems.
Outdoor cameras: Ensure that the Bosch Smart Home outdoor cameras also remain stably connected by following the steps mentioned above.
By observing these points, you can ensure a stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
### Problem: 360° indoor camera flashes red/blue and cannot be connected

#### 2. Availability of IP addresses
Free IP addresses: Check whether free IP addresses are available in your router.
Note for FritzBox users: Delete all unused connections via the web interface of your FritzBox.
#### 3. Security software on your smartphone
Disable security or anti-virus software: During the installation of the 360° indoor camera, you should disable any security or anti-virus software on your smartphone.
#### 4. DS-Lite connection
Problems with DS-Lite: If you have a DS-Lite connection, connection problems may occur. Contact your internet provider and ask about switching to dual-stack.
By checking and adjusting these points, your Bosch Smart Home 360° indoor camera should be able to connect successfully.
