The flush-mounted box behind the switch should have a depth of at least 50mm. However, we recommend using a box with at least 60mm.
What do I have to consider if I use an economy changeover switch and want to use the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II (functions, requirements)?
The economy changeover circuit is a special type of changeover circuit. Unlike the normal changeover circuit, the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II does not have to be installed behind the switch but directly in front of the consumer. The economy changeover circuit has only one switched phase. Have your electrician check whether an extra cable can be pulled.

If the end position of your roller shutter is not detected correctly, open the Bosch Smart Home app. Navigate to the corresponding device in the device settings of the Bosch Smart Home app and deactivate the automatic end position detection. Now perform the calibration manually.

How do I reset the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II to the factory settings (reset)?
To reset the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II to the factory settings, proceed as follows:
1.) Press and hold the system key for approx. 4 seconds until the status LED flashes orange quickly.
2) Briefly release the system key and press again until the LED briefly lights up green.
3.) The device will now restart. In the Bosch Smart Home App under "More" >> "Devices", you may need to delete the Bosch Smart Home Light/shutter control II from the app.

Depending on whether the tilt angle of your slats is 90° or 180°, you have the option to tilt the slats accordingly when manually controlling them via the Bosch Smart Home app.
